We pay, you fix

This is to the landlords around here that want to charge you $400-$500 a month rent and then don't want to fix the houses. I don't think this is fair. When the 1st comes you want your rent money, when the 15th comes you want your money or you want to add a late fee. But when it comes time to fix something in the house, you don't want to do it or you forgot or something's wrong. You don't get your money and you want to put them out, but you don't want to take care of fixing stuff. As long as you are paying rent and something goes wrong in your house, you should fix it.

Hefty fines

I'm not a smart person, but I think if Ferguson needs revenue for their town they ought to start arresting all these people that are out there showing their hind ends and then they could slap a hefty fine on them. Then they would get some of that revenue back. This is ridiculous. Anybody else, anywhere else, would be arrested and have to pay to get out of jail. This is ridiculous and people are not using their heads.

That's a wrap

I was at the Cotton Carnival the other night and I've never seen so many young kids walking around wrapped around each other. The boys would have their hand stuck in the pocket of the girl's blue jeans in the back and vice versa. Trying to walk through the crowd was like a bull going through a china shop and then you have the inseparable couples blocking your way. If they want to hug and kiss and feel each other's butts, can't they go somewhere where it's private and stay out of the crowd? Why do they feel we need to see their public display of emotion? It doesn't give you a warm fuzzy feeling to see that, it makes you just a little nauseated. Keep your love life to yourself. We don't want to see it.
