CAPE GIRARDEAU - Caleb Ellenburg of Bernie, has received the Governor's Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Ellenberg is the son of Allan and Tommie Ellenberg of Bernie and will be a 2015 graduate of Bernie High School.
