Charleston man set to be arraigned on firearm charge today

CHARLESTON -- Arraignment is set today for a Charleston man on firearm and property damage charges.

According to Missouri Case.net, Demetric Takyrick Owens, 19, was arrested by the Charleston Department of Public Safety on a felony charge of discharging/shooting a firearm from a vehicle at a person, another motor vehicle or other structure.
