Take a hike
Our government officials in Missouri say we don't have enough money to repair our roads. But they did not have any problems whatsoever giving themselves a raise. They had plenty of money for that.
No jobs, no money
The real problem with not having enough money for roads or schools is that most Americans, except for the rich, have been put out of work and their jobs taken away. There is no way that's going to be corrected unless the rich pay more. They can afford it and nobody else can.
