No breach of security found, all employees safe
SIKESTON -- Missouri Department of Transportation's Southeast District's Sikeston headquarters was on high alert Wednesday after employees received a threat via social media.
"Some of their employees were threatened on social media, and MoDOT restricted the general public from coming into the building," said Sgt. Clark Parrott, public information officer for the Missouri State Highway Patrol's Troop E. "The employees are safe, and there's been no breach of their security."
