They play, we pay

I am calling about Ameren UE wanting to pass part of Noranda Aluminum's bill onto the consumers. I'm not talking about whether it's right or not, but is it legal? Why should somebody that is drawing $700 to $800 a month, living on Social Security have their bill added on like $6 or $7, when the people that are working at Noranda are making $40-$45 an hour. They've got swimming pools in their backyards, and this person is barely getting by and having enough to eat. They don't have money enough to pay for their medicine. Not is it right, but is it legal for Ameren UE to do this? Has anybody questioned the legality of it? What if all the customers said they weren't gonna pay their bill and we'd see how long this goes, cause we're not paying it? It's not right for the consumer to have to pay a big corporation's bill. It's not legal.
