Show some class

It's getting close to graduation time and the announcements are beginning to roll in. I have received three so far, and wouldn't know these kids if I met them on the street. Just because I went to school with your grandmother, grandfather, father, mother or other family member, doesn't mean I should receive an announcement, which for all practical purposes is a request for a gift. Why not begin the next phase of your life by showing a little class? If you are not acquainted with me enough to where I actually know who you are, don't ask me for a gift.

Add a P.S. on the sign

I saw in the paper where the city of Sikeston is having new signs put up. I think that's great and y'all can go ahead and put down at the bottom of it 'Where bullets fly daily.' You never know what you're gonna see or what you're coming into.

I find this a fence of the law

I'm just curious what the city laws are about a house that has a pool that doesn't have a fence all the way around it. They need to check out one on Salcedo Road.
