East Prairie man jailed on drug charges

EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. - Suspicious activity led to the arrest of an East Prairie man on drug charges.

The East Prairie Police Department reported that at 1:20 a.m. Wednesday, officers received a report of suspicious activity. During the investigation Ronald Henderson was located in the area and was found to have a controlled substance in his possession.

According to online court record, Henderson is charged with possession of controlled substance. Bond is set at $25,000.

Henderson is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges at 9:15 a.m. Oct. 26 before Mississippi County Judge S. Rob Barker.
