Lloyd Morris

ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- Lloyd Elroy "June Bug" Morris, 60, died March 7, 2018, at DePaul Hospital in St. Louis.

Born July 13, 1957, in New Madrid, he was the son of the late Lloyd Elroy and Laura Henderson Morris,

He was married to Theresa Neal.

Survivors include: his children, Dorreatha Yarbro and Loytia (Feland) Durant of St. Louis, Lloyd (Yalantra) Austin, Brandon Tipler and Kendrick Tipler of Cape Girardeau, Coretta Morris and Terrell Morris of Sikeston and Courtney Richards of New Madrid; and five brothers, Floyd Stonum of Cleveland, Ohio, Jerry Lee Baker of Batch Springs, Texas, Benjamin Syas of New Madrid, Stevie Morris of Sikeston and Lemuel Hunt of Hapazibah, Ga.

He was also preceded in death by one brother, Leon Stonum.

Visitation is from 11 a.m. until service time at 2 p.m Saturday at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid. The Rev. Darryl Minner will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery at New Madrid.

Pallbearers will be: Feland Durant, Richard Grant, Mike Sims, Christopher McMullen, Vernon Grandberry and Sam Hunt.
