Mary Foulk

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Mary Alice Foulk, 70, died May 4, 2017, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

Born Jan. 18, 1947, in Benton, to the late Claude and Rebecca Harp Slayton, she was a retired seamstress for Thorngate LTD in Cape Girardeau and a member of Assembly of God Ministries and attended Christian Missions in Benton.

On Feb. 15, 1965, she married Dean Lee Foulk, and he survives of the home.

In addition to her husband, survivors include: three sons and two daughters-in-law, Brian and Tara Foulk of Jackson, Shawn and Mandy Foulk of Chaffee and Dean Foulk of Herculaneum; two daughters and a son-in-law, Deena and Brett White of Chaffee and Jennifer Dickerson of St. Louis; five sisters, Sue Osborn of Troy, Peggy Copeland of Fulton, Ky., Judy Knox of Jackson, Caroline Graffius of Huntsville, W,Va. and Claudia Slayton of Jackson; and 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.

Visitation is after 4 p.m. Monday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
