Where were you to protest rates?

I’m calling in regards to your comment in the Wednesday, March 27 Speakout, “People should protest high rates.” I wonder where this gentleman was when they had the hearing at the city hall in regards to the high rates. I was there protesting but there was not anybody else. Thank you.

Rates are far too high

I would like to speak out about this person who wrote in about the high electric bills. I’ll tell you he’s right or she’s right, whoever it is. Because I have had to pay almost $500 a month for the last three months because they’ve raised this electric bill. I’m on a fixed income and I can’t afford this $500 a month. Please do something about it. Everybody call in and tell them they can’t afford it that’s on fixed income because that’s what I’m on, social security and I cannot afford to have it. Please call in and complain about it.

Democrats have money, too

I am responding to Republicans want to be gods. You are apparently of the Democrat persuasion and that’s fine. I am a Republican and I just wanted to say this to you. Apparently you have not paid much attention to what your party is trying to enforce and the is the murder of babies that have actually been delivered. I think before you start pointing fingers at people who might have a little money and be successful and try to make them out as villains, when in fact your party, Nancy Pelosi, lives in a blocked, gated community. You can’t go there. Chuck Shumer lives in a blocked, gated community. You can’t go there. Hillary Clinton lives in a blocked, gated community. You can’t go there. Maxine Waters lives in a blocked, gated community. You can’t go there. So I think you need to start looking at your party before you start pointing fingers at who wants to be a god. It’s really kind of a shame you are so misinformed.
