Can you please tell me what type of person would tie a poor, humble animal out without food or water? It has to lay out cold, rain and ice and they never give it no attention. It got infested with every kind of thing out there. They had to have it put down. Even though I know there is a pay day down the road it just broke my heart. Thank you for letting me speak out.
