TCA announces 3 new teachers for 2019-2020
SIKESTON — The Christian Academy in Sikeston will have three new teachers for the 2019-2020 school year.
Daniel Schaefer has a bachelor’s degree in Bible from Southwest Baptist. He is the new second grade teacher and leads chapel each Wednesday morning for the entire The Christian Academy student body and staff. He and his wife have three students, and he is a youth leader at Unity Baptist in Benton, Mo.
Ginger McGuire is a member of the Nazarene church. Retired from the public school system, she spent most of her teaching career in high school math classes. Most recently, she taught for Three Rivers College.
Jerry Vogel is retired from Sikeston Public Schools. He has spent his career teaching a variety of science classes at the high school level.
