Michelle Starnes

DEXTER, Mo. — Bobbi Michelle Starnes, 49, died April 19, 2020, at St. Louis University Hospital.

Born March 10, 1971, in Dowagiac, Mich., daughter of the Bobby and Jo Ann Graham Smithson, she had lived in the Dexter and Bernie most of her life. She was a kitchen manager at Hickory Log in Dexter and member of the Essex Baptist Church.

On July 19, 2006, in Essex, she married Randy Lee Starnes Sr., who survives of the homei.

Other survivors include: one daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Darrell Penberthy of Dexter; one son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Caira Starnes of Arnold; one sister, Wendi Jenkins of Ellsinore; one brother, Stephen Smithson; and three grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at  2 p.m. Tuesday at the Bloomfield Cemetery in Bloomfield with Gary Gilbert of Dexter officiating.

Burial will be at the Bloomfield Cemetery in Bloomfield with Watkins and Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
