When will restaurants open for dine-in

I would like to know when is the fast food restaurants going to start opening up inside? Thank you.

Need sign for dogs

There is a need for signs stating “dog must be on a leash” at the old Bootheel golf course. I ride my bike daily there and have been chased by dogs whose owners don’t have them on a leash. When confronted, they act like their dogs are not the problem. I carry spray to keep them away and have had to use it more than once. Why don’t they take them to the dog park if they don’t want them on a leash? Can’t something be done? I enjoy my ride but don’t like to always be on the look out for dogs because their owners are stupid and inconsiderate of others.
