New Madrid Eagles 4206 awards scholarships
NEW MADRID, Mo. — The New Madrid Eagles 4206 recently awarded three scholarships to three 2020 area graduates. The purpose is to assist the graduating seniors attend a post-secondary college/university or technical school of his/her choice.
The graduates are:
Elizabeth Marie Bennett, a 2020 graduate of New Madrid County Central High School. She plans to attend Murray State University and pursue a degree in communication disorders/speech pathology.
She is the daughter of Brian and Tammy Bennett of New Madrid.
Addison Clair McCrate, a 2020 graduate of Portageville High School. She plans to attend Three Rivers College or the University of Tennessee-Martin to pursue a degree in animal science.
She is the daughter of Parrish McCrate and Amy Thacker of Portageville.
Carson Elizabeth Cook, a 2020 graduate of Portageville High School. She plans to attend Three Rivers College to pursue studies in health sciences/RN/BSN.
She is the daughter of Claudie and Melissa Cook of Portageville.
