I want to give a shout out to Ruler Foods for helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19. A competitor’s website states masks required to enter the store yet while shopping on Aug. 3, two people had no face coverings. Thank you, Ruler Foods, for preventing the spread. Shame on your competitor for dropping the ball.
