Mask police is watching

I thought it mandatory at Walmart that everybody had to wear a mask. I was there on Sunday, Aug. 9, that afternoon, there was a Mexican walking in before me and the employees were telling him where to get a mask. He was acting like he didn’t know what she was talking about. I seen him later in the store with a blonde headed girl and her little boy and neither one of them had a mask on. I seen another older gentleman and he had a mask but it was pulled underneath his chin. What good is that? I seen an employee stocking the cereal aisle and she didn’t have a mask on at all. I’m just curious, do all of us have to wear a mask but some don’t?
