Rowan Hess

O’FALLON, Mo. — Rowan Thomas Hess, of O’Fallon, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2020, at 20 days old.

Cherished baby boy of Angela Dawn Starr Hess and Lee Watkins Hess, dearest brother of Norah Hess, and treasured grandson of Chris and Jeannie Crites Starr and Gary and Jill Brown Hess all of Charleston, Missouri.

Rowan was welcomed into this world with great love from his family. He is so special and will be cherished always. He was cared for by the wonderful nurses and doctors at Mercy Hospital. Rowan will forever be remembered as a beautiful light in our lives.

Private services will be held at the First United Methodist Church of St. Charles, Missouri, with Baue Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
