Everyone has right to protest and boycott

The NFL and the NBA most definitely have a right to protest. It is in the Constitution. Local residents like to get on social media and tell everybody to go ahead and boycott, they don’t care. Well, I have news for you. They do care. They care because it will impact their bottom dollar and money talks. They have a right to protest and I have a right to boycott. They have a right to their opinions and I have a right to mine. My father called me the other day and asked me if I was watching a particular game. I told him no. He asked me why. I told him I had no interest in watching. I told him he had taught me better than that. We both laughed. I respect the flag. I respect the Constitution. However, it works both ways. I can boycott. I don’t care if anyone cares, but they do. This boycotting game has been played by both sides. The flag is the symbol that represents your rights to protest and whine. It also represents my right to do the same. We have a culture of people who hate you if you do not agree. Why? Can we not all agree to disagree and respect one another. The flag isn’t about color. The flag is about our nation. Be an American. Common sense says to respect one another and respect their difference of opinion. No need to hate. That flag has helped people more than it has hurt.
