Can’t Sikeston grade side streets?

I live over here on Edwards Street and I’m snowed in, the streets have me all snowed in. I don’t see why they can’t grade these side streets after they get the main roads graded. They come over here all the time in the summer and sweep the streets in the hot summertime when it don’t even need to be swept. I don’t see why they don’t grade the snow so we can get out. Thank you for letting me speak out.

Where’s the mail?

I live over on Terrace and we went three days without getting mail delivered. I wonder when the post office and the local mail carriers had the authority and the power to decide they wouldn’t deliver mail because of the weather. I wonder how many other areas this happened to. There are a lot of senior citizens that’s out there that depend on their mail for their medicine.

Ladies put some clothes on

I don’t understand why women nowdays worry about how they look all the time. They should be worried about putting some clothes on so people can’t see everything they’ve got. That is ridiculous. Be content with what God gave you and don’t worry about how you look all the time. Put some clothes on and stop going naked. Thank you.

Pick up loose cats, dogs

I want to know why animal control cannot pick up some of these cats that are running around Sikeston and some of the dogs around here. If they are that lazy then they don’t need the job. That’s part of their job is to pick up animals that are running around loose. Does Sikeston realize they could have a lawsuit on them if that cat or dog attacks someone? Thank you.
