Why no river traffic?

I would like to know if you could get your news reporters to research something for us. We’ve been watching that Mississippi River down in New Madrid and we don’t see no river boats pushing the traffic up the river or down the river. But some reason, all the barge traffic has been stopped on the river. Every now and then you’ll see one barge come down through there and that is it. There are a bunch of full grain barges and everything else that hasn’t been moved. For some reason somebody had all the barges stopped, all of the river traffic. We don’t know what it is all about unless it’s got to do with the stimulus stuff going on at the White House. We don’t know who to call to get a hold of somebody and see why the river traffic has been stopped.
