The Christian Academy in Sikeston had its first-ever “Beyond Blessed Pumpkin Decorating Contest” in October. There were 29 decorated pumpkins and the contest earned a total of $1,411.16. “This was such a fun time of decorating, unity and raising money for a school we love so much,” said fundraising head Emily Hammontree. “We can’t wait to continue this tradition.”
