Thompson, Scott are Students of the Month

SIKESTON — Emma Renee Thompson and Trey Jackson Scott were named Sikeston High School Students of the Month for February.

Sikeston Public Schools Foundation, which sponsors the monthly program, names two seniors each month for the honor during the 2021-2022 school year.

Thompson, who is the daughter of Sarah Thompson and BJ Thompson, is active in Student Council, Red Peppers, National Honor Society, College Now Program and Phi Theta Kappa. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, reading and traveling.

Trey Scott

Scott is the son of Paul and Jaclyn Scott. He is active in wrestling, football, track, Astra, Link Crew, National Honor Society, concert band, symphonic band, jazz band, Bums, school newspaper and Student Council. His hobbies include playing guitar, helping coach little league wrestling and any physical activity.
