Officers with the Scott County R-4 “Kelly” Community Teachers Association attended the Missouri State Teachers Association’s Capitol Day March 2 at the state capitol in Jefferson City, Missouri. State Rep. Jamie Burger, R-Benton, Missouri, introduced the Kelly teachers on the House floor.
