Sikeston High School science students were being challenged in new ways as the school year came to an end. While chemistry students learned about the effect of salt and ice on water by making ice cream and biology students tried their hands at dissection, students in the physical science classes built bridges. Using only spaghetti, glue and a bit of thread, students were challenged to create the bridges which were then tested to determine how much weight each could bear.
