70th Annual Cotton Carnival Saturday

Bright blue skies and warm breezes made Sept. 27 a perfect time to enjoy the final day of the 70th Annual Cotton Carnival. The day began with a parade at 10 a.m. and concluded when the last carnival ride shut down later that evening. Here is a look at some of the day's events.
