Battle for the Depot

On March 14 and 15, re-enactors converged on Sikeston to recreate the Battle of Sandridge. As part of the events they also came into Downtown Sikeston and re-enacted a charge by the Yankees on the Depot which was held by the Confederates. The Rebels were able to hold off the Northerners.
