Senior volleyball players recognized

Eight seniors of the Portageville Lady Bulldog volleyball team were recognized Tuesday, September 29. The event was apart of Senior Recognition at the last home game of the Portageville Lady Bulldogs before their match with the Lady Sikeston Bulldogs.
The seniors recognized weer Elli Abrahamsson, Mallory Hoggard, Stormi Kershaw, Frida Lindros, Tellasha Luster, Amanda Moody, Madison Palmer, and Mary Beth Simmons.

Elli is from Finland and is an exchange student in America. Her host parents are Paul and Misty Fout. Elli has been involved with volleyball for only two months and Dance in her home country for 10 years.

Mallory Hoggard is the daughter of Russ Hoggard and Becky Hoggard. She has played volleyball four years.

Stormi Kershaw is the daughter of Sharina Kershaw and granddaughter of Aretha Kershaw. She has played volleyball for three years and cheered for four years.

Frida is an exchange student from Stockholm, Sweden. Her host parents are Greg and Terri Gowan. She has played volleyball for two months but has participated in horseback riding in sweden for 11 years.

Tellasha Luster is the daughter of Telly Luster and Katina Hicks. She has played volleyball four years and basketball three years.

Amanda Moody is the daughter of Mark and Tara Moody. She has played volleyball four years.

Madison Palmer is the daughter of Larry and Sherry Palmer. She has played volleyball four years and basketball for three years.

Mary Beth Simmons is the daughter of Kris Simmons. She has played volleyball four years, softball for two years, and cheer team for two years.
