Almost two dozen acts participated in the "Bootheel's Got Talent," show held Saturday at the Albritton-Mayer Cultural Center in Sikeston. Winning first place in what organizers hope to make an annual event was Kevin Harbison, who sang "Fever." Second-place winner was Dollete Jones.
