DEXTER - Betty L. Casey, 77, died Nov. 2, 2012, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter. Born March 12, 1935, near Bloomfield, daughter of the late Malcolm Edward and Elva Christine Fortner Sills, she grew up in Southeast Missouri and lived in St. Louis then California for 20 years before returning to Dexter in 1976.
