SIKESTON -- An autopsy has ruled out a knife injury a Sikeston man received in an altercation earlier as the cause of his death on Monday. The medical examiner at the autopsy performed Tuesday at Mineral Area Hospital in Farmington for Tony Allen Burns, 30, advised Scott County Coroner Scot Amick, the recent knife injury does not appear to have anything to do with Burns' cause of death.
