MOREHOUSE, Mo. — A Morehouse man facing child endangerment charges following the death of his infant child pleaded not guilty Thursday, Aug. 29 in New Madrid County. Zackery Scott Murphy is charged with the following felonies: one count of first degree endangering the welfare of a child leading to the death of a child; one county of manufacturing a controlled substance; and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child-first degree by creating substantial risk, according to online records...

SIKESTON — Mary Ann Malone, age 90, of Sikeston passed away into Jesus’ arms, Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2024, surrounded by her loving family at the Delta South Nursing Center in Sikeston. Mary Ann was born June 19, 1934, at East Prairie, Missouri, to the late Webb Kenneth DeField and Roxie Lee Majors DeField.

BLODGETT, Mo. — Molly Rose Wade Evans, was taken home to a place without pain and suffering on Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2024. Molly was born second daughter, fifth child of the late Rice William Wade and Anna Lucille Reynolds Wade on Jan. 5, 1939, at home in Luxora, Arkansas.
