I recently drove through a fast food restaurant in Sikeston, went through the long line while receiving no greeting by a young employee, only to drive off with them leaving one of the items ordered out of the bag. It was clearly on the receipt. I am so tired of the horrible service by young workers these days. Don’t get me wrong. Some of them are nice and good, but the majority are not. Why are young people not being taught good, basic customer service skills these days?
