Virdie Goode

BLOOMFIELD - Virdie Goode, 74, died Sept. 27, 2001, at Missouri Southern Heathcare in Dexter.

Born Oct. 11, 1926, in Oreo, daughter of the late Pat and Hattie Gregory Goode, she lived in Essex before moving to Bloomfield in 1970.

On Aug. 21, 1944, she married Harvey Moore who preceded her in death on Nov. 9, 1977.

She is survived by one sister, Virgie M. Brown of Bloomfield.

One sister, Margaret Goode, also preceded her in death.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. Saturday until service time at 11 a.m. at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. Doyle Corlew of Dexter will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Essex Cemetery.
