Francis Lyons

DEXTER - Francis Xavier Lyons, 72, died Jan. 28, 2004, at the Cypress Point Health Care Center in Dexter.

Born April 7, 1931, at Omaha, Neb., he was the son of the late John and Rose Herbeck Lyons.

Survivors include: one son, John Lyons; one daughter, Rose Mooneyhan of Oldsmar, Fla.; one stepson, Kevin Fluharty of Alabama; one brother, Chuck Lyons of Omaha; and five grandchildren.

A memorial service is scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday at Faith Fellowship Bible Way Assembly Church in Dexter. The Rev. Bonnie Cross will officiate.

Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home of Dexter is in charge of arrangements.
