Bobby Cunningham

PARMA - Bobby Okerleen Cunningham, 72, died March 29, 2004.

Born April 30, 1931, in Kennett, daughter of Nebraska J. Denson of Kennett and the late Robert Andrew Denson, she had lived in Germany, Alaska, Kansas, Georgia, Maryland and Kennett. She moved to Parma in 1972 and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Parma.

On June 20, 1954, in Hernando, Miss., she married Paul E. Cunningham who survives of the home.

Survivors in addition to her husband and mother include: two daughters, Paula Renee Hutchens of Union City, Tenn., and Pamela Jo Graves of Marmaduke, Ark.; one son, Robert Wayne Cunningham of New Madrid; three sisters, Hazel Baker and Willa Haraway of Kennett and JoAnn Fitterling of Bridgeton; and five grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were one sister, Hildredge Johnson; and two brothers, O.D. "Buddy" Denson and Hollis Denson.

Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church in Parma where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. John Girdley of Parma will officiate.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
