Glenda Brumley

WYATT - Glenda Butler Brumley, 54, died at 4:34 p.m. Sept. 17, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born Dec. 21, 1949, in Cairo, Ill., daughter of the late Marshall Lee and Mary Ethel Johnson Butler, she lived most of her life in Mississippi County. She was a sales clerk with Wal-Mart for 17 years and a member of the Wyatt Baptist Church.

On March 6, 1980, she married Dennis "Denny" Brumley who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: one son, Michael Hawf of Bradford, N.H.; two brothers, Ronny Butler and Tommy Butler of Charleston; one sister, Karen Butler of Flagstaff, Ariz.; and several nieces and nephews.

One sister, Marsha Ann Carlisle, preceded her in death.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Dean Wallace, pastor of Wyatt Baptist Church, will officiate.

Burial will follow in the IOOF Cemetery near Charleston.
