Shane Halter

CAPE GIRARDEAU - Shane Michael Halter, 25, died at 3:16 p.m. March 12, 2004, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Born April 1, 1978, in Chaffee, son of Timothy Stephen Halter of Cape Girardeau and Glenda Emerson of Scott City, he was a member of the Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran.

In addition to his parents, survivors include his maternal grandmother, Dorothy Halter of Oran.

Services were conducted today at Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran with the Rev. John Harth officiating.

Burial followed in the Guardian Angel Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers were: Josh Schiwitz, Damon Shy, Chris Shy, Jordan Dirnberger, Jacob Dirnberger and Steve Pobst.

Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
