David Warren

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - David B. Warren, 62, formerly of Essex and Frisco, Mo., died Dec. 21, 2003, at his home.

Born Nov. 2, 1941, in Flint, Mich., son of the late Newton and Odis Durham Warren, he sang with the Singing Warren Kids in the 1940s and 1950s.

His wife, Pat Pipkin Warren, survives of the home.

Other survivors include: three sons, Richard Warren of Phoenix, Ariz., and Keith Warren ad Steve Warren of Jacksonville; two sisters, Louise Musgrave of Dexter, Mo., and Ruth Applegate of Fisk, Mo.; two brothers, Bob Warren of Phoenix and Larry Warren of Dexter; and three granddaughters.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Sandra Kay Warren in 1967.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Fred Applegate of Fisk will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Taylor Cemetery near Essex.
