Earl Brucker

CHAFFEE - Earl J. Brucker, 72, died at 6 a.m. March 17, 2002, at his home.

Born June 1, 1929, in Cape Girardeau County, son of the late Ambrose and Frances Rose Kirchdoerfer Brucker, he was a self-employed dairy farmer for 53 years and member of Chaffee Elks Lodge 1810.

He is survived by one son, Dewain Brucker of Chaffee; one brother, Lawrence Brucker of Chaffee; and two sisters, Pauline Uhrhan of Chaffee and Dorothy Quade of Gordonville.

One brother and one sister preceded him in death.

Visitation begins at 4 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, where an Elks service is scheduled for 7 p.m.

Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Ralph Duffner officiating.

Burial will follow in Union Park Cemetery.
