Geraldine Neuber

DEXTER - Geraldine Neuber, 83, died March 16, 2002, at the Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dexter.

Born June 9, 1918, at Lorain, Ohio, daughter of the late Alois and Caroline Hamburg Huber, she was affiliated with the Pentecostal belief and had been a missionary in Haiti and Germany.

On May 28, 1938, at Lorain, she married Walter Neuber who preceded her in death on Dec. 30, 1991.

She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Janet Potter; three brothers, Alois Huber, Ernest Huber and Eugene Huber; one sister, Ann Klinghammer; and one grandson, Dwayne Neuber.

Surviving are one son, Carl Neuber of Dexter; and four grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. today at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter with the Rev. Andrew Lovins officiating.

Burial will follow in the Walker Cemetery near Bloomfield.
