Ruthelia Owsley

FULTON, Ky. - Ruthelia Owsley, 70, formerly of Graves County, died at 8:45 p.m. April 7, 2002, at Hunter Acres Caring Center in Sikeston, Mo.

Born Jan. 24, 1932, in Obion County, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Omar Owsley and Grace Wilson Owsley; and foster daughter of the late Lessie Midyett.

Surviving are one sister, Marilyn Jones of Pilot Oak; and three nephews.

Visitation begins at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton and will continue from 8 a.m. Wednesday until service time at 11 a.m.

Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery at Weakley County, Tenn.
