NORTH LILBOURN - Jannie B. Anderson, 81, died Feb. 28, 2002, at her home.

Born May 30, 1920, in Macon, Ga., daughter of the late Dudley and Leavy Reed Brown Sr., she lived in Missouri for more than 65 years and was a member of Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Lilbourn.

On Nov. 15, 1938, she married George E. Anderson who preceded her in death.

Survivors include: two sons, Eugene Anderson and Richard "Buck" Anderson of Howardville; two daughters, Rosie Scales and Racheal Givens of South Bend, Ind.; one brother, Tommie Brown of Dexter; one sister, Elva Boom of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and 30 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Osie Lee Anderson; and four brothers and six sisters.

Visitation will be held from 1:30 p.m. Sunday until service time at 2:30 p.m. at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Ernest Willis, pastor, will officiate.

Burial will follow in Simmons Park Cemetery at Catron.
