LILBOURN - Vunda Sue Kimball, 70, died Oct. 2, 2004, at her home.
Born Nov. 6, 1933, in Alabama, daughter of the late James and Addie Nelson Knight, she was a school cook waitress before retiring.
On June 9, 1955, in New Madrid, she married Billy Ray "Buster" Kimball who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: five sons and four daughters-in-law, Gary and Carol Kimball of Sikeston, David and Inez Kimball of Risco and Jimmy and Robin Kimball, Carl and Jamie Kimball and Billy Kimball of Lilbourn; two daughters and sons-in-law, Patty and Rodney Norman of Portageville and Robin and Gary Phillips of Marston; and 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Ann Weaver and Irma Inman.
Visitation begins at 5 p.m. today at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid, where services are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Darrell Pollock will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons: Gary Kimball Jr., Gary Phillips Jr., Jake Kimball, B.J. Phillips, David Kimball Jr., Jordan Kimball, Ross Baker, Keith Kimball and C.J. Kimball.
