Clinton Taylor
ORAN - Clinton Andrew Taylor, 51, died Aug. 7, 2002, near Imperial of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Born Nov. 19, 1950, in Stoddard County, son of the late C.B. and Hazel Lee Hensley Taylor Sr., he was a foreman for Wheeler Steel Works in Morley and a member of the Morley Baptist Church.
On Feb. 17, 1987, he married Helen "Sissie" Smith who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one son, Tim Taylor of Sikeston; three daughters, Jackie Taylor of Sikeston, Tammy Carpenter of Morley and Chrystal Hayes of Pensacola, Fla.; four brothers, Colie B. Taylor Jr., Keith Taylor and Kenneth Taylor of Morley and James C. Taylor of Miner; two sisters, Roxanna Boley and Teresa Conn of Morley; and six grandchildren, Austin Reeves and Devon Reeves of Pensacola, Jennifer Carpenter of Morley and Gage Taylor, Jaden Liggett and Taylor Phillips of Sikeston.
One sister and one brother preceded him in death.
Visitation begins at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran.
A memorial service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday at the Morley Baptist Church with the Rev. Dennis Cebulak officiating.
Honorary pallbearers will be: Trey Taylor, Ryan Taylor, Terry Bell, Richie Taylor, Jason Bell, Scott Taylor, Kenneth Taylor and David Heeb.
