Martha Cox

ST. CHARLES, Ill. - Martha Cox, 52, formerly of Dexter, Mo., died Aug. 11, 2002, at the Delnore Community Hospital in Geneva.

Born Dec. 5, 1949, in Dexter, daughter of the late William E. and Margarette Ezell Cox, she attended Dexter High School and moved to St. Charles 36 years ago. She was a truck driver for the Richardson Electronic Company.

Survivors include: one sister, Mary Cordray of St. Charles; one brother, William Cox of Naperville; four nephews, four nieces, four great-nephews and one great-niece.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Linda Cox, on April 7, 2000.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. Thursday until service time at noon at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. Rick Patterson of Dexter will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Armstead-Dowdy Cemetery near Dexter.
