Evelyn Dirnberger

CHAFFEE - Evelyn Dirnberger, 86, died at 9:15 a.m. Dec. 21, 2003, at the Chaffee Nursing Center.

Born Nov. 2, 1917, at Oran, daughter of the late John and Elsie Alsup Sietman, she was a member of Guardian Angel Catholic Church, St. Ann Sodality, Knights of Columbus-Etts and Senior Citizens, all of Oran.

On Feb. 3, 1937, she married Arthur Dirnberger who preceded her in death on May 11, 1992.

Survivors include: two sons, Jerry Dirnberger and Lenard Dirnberger of Oran; and three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

One brother also preceded her in death.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran, where parish prayers at 7 p.m. will be followed by a Knights of Columbus prayer at 7:15 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Guardian Angel Catholic Church with the Rev. John Harth officiating.

Burial will follow in the Guardian Angel Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Daniel K. Dirnberger, Janis Dirnberger, Donna Dirnberger, Mark Beger, James LeGrand, Tom Dirnberger and Dewayne Wubker.
