Elaine Miller

DEXTER - Elaine J. Miller, 69, died Dec. 11, 2004, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Born June 8, 1935, in Brooklyn, N.Y., daughter of the late Bernard and Edith Rodkin Adelman, she lived in New York and New Jersey before moving to Dexter in 1977.

On July 8, 1975, in New Jersey, she married Robert Bryan Miller who preceded her in death on Sept. 11, 1996.

Survivors include: three grandchildren, Darlene Garcia of Elkhart, Ind., and Cindy Heaton and Robert Schwartzkopf of Dexter; and four great-grandchildren, Kimberly Tomes of Dexter and Heaven Sent Salazar, Spring Hope Garcia and Benisa Sonora Garcia of Elkhart.

Visitation is from 8:30 a.m. Wednesday until service time at 10 a.m. at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. Danny Collins of Qulin will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Hagy Cemetery.
