Alfred Pearson
MINER - Alfred Dee Pearson, 85, formerly of Bell City, died Nov. 13, 2004, at the Miner Nursing Center.
Born Jan. 21, 1919, in Johnson County, Ark., son of the late James D. and Ora V. Clark Pearson, he was affiliated with the Temple of Faith General Baptist Church in Sikeston and was a farmer before retiring.
His first wife, Ersie Puckett Pearson, preceded him in death on Jan. 18, 1994.
On May 23, 1994, he married Mary Kathryn Mullins-Graham and she died on Nov. 11, 2001.
Survivors include: three sons, Alfred M. Pearson of Oran, Mike Allen of Texas and Chester Graham of Clarkton; one daughter, Betty Jane Jenkins of Texas; and one stepdaughter, Mary Sebourn of Sikeston.
Visitation is from 10 a.m. Tuesday until service time at 11 a.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston.
Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery at Bell City.
